Model Remodel, a Seattle-based design-build general contractor, is looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing crafting engaging content.  

About the Role 
As our Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Specialist, leadership team, and internal departments to support and execute innovative marketing strategies. This role is instrumental in maintaining our brand’s voice, creating compelling content, and enhancing our company’s visibility across platforms. What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing campaigns. 

  • Create and post content on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 

  • Assist with content creation including long form written content, for our WordPress website, adhering to SEO best practices. 

  • Produce graphic, photo, and video content using Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, merchandise, and digital assets. 

  • Capture project highlights through photography and video, including occasional site visits. 

  • Support award submissions and client engagement by collecting feedback and delivering gifts. 

  • Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials and branded merchandise. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 1-2 years professional experience preferred. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and WordPress. 

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management tools. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. 

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for design and creativity. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. 

  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds. 

  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. 

  • Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time. 

  • Must be able to use a computer and see color.
